Mission Statement

We, the members of Union Board, value respect, teamwork, dedication and diversity. We believe that these values form a foundation to grow and develop into an accountable, beneficial and enjoyable organization. With these goals, we strive to create a more cohesive IIT community and develop a stronger sense of school spirit. We will achieve these end through unique programming that provides personal and memorable experiences for all that participate. We’ll make our peers aware of the programs, which will be inclusive, impact-full, and entertaining.

Becoming Involved

Union Board wishes to represent the students, and to design activities that will bring out the best in school spirit. This being the case, everyone is encouraged to become involved -- whether by attending our events, or by being actively involved in our general body meetings which take place on Tuesdays at 1:10 PM in the MTCC Auditorium. Everyone is encouraged to come. Don’t worry, you’ll still make that class at 1:50.
